What are your hours?
We’re open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM — we close Friday midday from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome during open hours.
Do you offer notary services?
Yes — we have a notary public on site during regular hours. Bring a valid government photo ID and your document unsigned, since you’ll need to sign in front of the notary. All signers must be present. For multiple documents or signers, a quick call to (215) 934-2008 first is a good idea.

How long does a title transfer take?
With the right documents in hand, most title transfers and registrations are completed during your visit — you leave with your plate and registration card the same day.
What does it cost?
Your total is the PennDOT state fees and sales tax for your transaction, plus our agency service fee. State fees are set by Pennsylvania and are the same everywhere — call us with your vehicle details and we’ll give you the exact number before you come in.
Can you register a vehicle I bought out of state?
Yes. Bring the out-of-state title, your PA photo ID, proof of PA insurance, and the vehicle’s VIN — Pennsylvania requires a VIN verification for out-of-state vehicles, and we’ll explain how to get it done.
I lost my title. Can you still help?
Yes — we can apply for a duplicate Pennsylvania title. Bring your photo ID and registration card if you have it, and we’ll start the replacement.
